  • How does your warranty work?
    We offer a 2 year parts and labor warranty. For more details check out our warranty terms.
  • Do you offer trade-ins?
    We do not offer trade-ins at this moment but, we may buy products for our Bstock Prebuilts. Contact us at corporate@extraordinarypcs.com
  • Do you offer price matching or rain checks?
    Our Black Friday deals and coupons are only useable in the month of November. We do not price match any pcs but you have no need to worry because our prices are industry leading.
  • How are shipping times?
    All of our pcs are built to order. We use USPS Ground Shipping for quick easy shipping. You may be required to sign for the package.
  • Can I check the status of my order?
    Yes! Once your order has shipped we will send you a tracking number. If your order hasn't shipped yet email us for an update on your system.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer free shipping on all orders!

Warranty 

Extraordinary PCs ("we","us", or "EXT PCs") offers a 2-year parts and labor warranty (Special Editions only have a 1-year parts warranty) We will always cover manufacturer defects, shipping damage, and mistakes caused by the EXT PCs team. We don’t cover mistakes made by the end-user or third parties void the warranty. We fix instead of replacing or refunding in most instances. If you receive a replacement it may be BSTOCK. The warranty is void if any component is changed. We do not cover Keyboard, Mice, and other accessories but the accessory manufacturer may cover them. Sending your computer to a repair shop, or trying to repair it yourself automatically voids the warranty. We are not obligated to provide any warranty of any kind on third-party marketplaces except for Jawa.gg where we provide a 7-day return window. On Jawa, all the above terms apply.
