Do you offer trade-ins?We do not offer trade-ins at this moment but, we may buy products for our Bstock Prebuilts. Contact us at corporate@extraordinarypcs.com

Do you offer price matching or rain checks?Our Black Friday deals and coupons are only useable in the month of November. We do not price match any pcs but you have no need to worry because our prices are industry leading.

How are shipping times?All of our pcs are built to order. We use USPS Ground Shipping for quick easy shipping. You may be required to sign for the package.

Can I check the status of my order?Yes! Once your order has shipped we will send you a tracking number. If your order hasn't shipped yet email us for an update on your system.
